1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment’s status.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • PayPal

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

3. How secure is my online order?

Your payment is processed through an SSL-secure web page and encrypted before being sent to our payment provider for authorization. Jyusmile does not store your credit card details.

4. When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

5. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. What should I do if I have missing items in my order?

If an item is missing, please contact us immediately at contact@jyusmile.com, and we will assist you.

7. Are there any exchange rate fees?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is in another currency, the total will be converted based on your bank’s daily exchange rate.

8. How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • Cancellations after 1 hour may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to merchant processing fees.
  • If your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please email contact@jyusmile.com immediately with your order number.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

For successful deliveries, please use your residential address instead of a temporary location (e.g., vacation addresses) to avoid customs delays.
